Dr. Lewellen grew up in southern California and then received B.S degree in Business from Ambassador University (located in east Texas) in 1997 and graduated with honors from Texas Chiropractic College (near Houston) as Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) in 2000. He also received Post-Graduate studies as Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practiioner (CCEP) and has certification to perform pre-participation physicals, and has been in practice since 2001.

He was MVP for A.U. volleyball team and named 2nd Team All-Conference. He loves living in Colorado and has been married to Crystal Lewellen in 2003.
